AMP Foundation Tomorrow Makers IGNITE 2024

The Tomorrow Makers IGNITE program is your opportunity to transform your vision into reality. This unique and awesome 12-month program offers a robust grant of up to $110,000 and bespoke capability development tailored to ensure you start trading within a year. You’ll receive guidance from sector and business experts and a dedicated mentor who will provide invaluable insights and support throughout your journey. The IGNITE peer support program, delivered by Impact Boom, will further enhance your learning experience – from professional development sessions, monthly online group workshops led by experienced facilitators, access to an online collaboration platform, engaging online learning modules, and so much more. Whether you’re ready to launch your social enterprise or scale existing operations, IGNITE can be your springboard for creating positive social impact. Applications close 30 January.

Social Impact Fellowship

The Social Impact Fellowship has supported over 150 changemakers from various backgrounds to enhance their impact and create positive change. Through immersive workshops, mentorship, access to high quality masterclasses and hands-on experience working on a project for a for-purpose organisation; fellows have the opportunity to improve their skills, knowledge, and purpose while building connections with a diverse cohort. Alongside the core impact-focused content, Fellows can choose from five impact pathways. These pathways enable fellows to access curated knowledge, experiences, mentorship, and connections that align with their chosen stream, alongside the broader impact and sector knowledge shared with the whole cohort. Applications close 31 January.

F. M. Kirby Prize for Scaling Impact

The F. M. Kirby Prize for Scaling Impact is an annual global prize of USD $150,000 in unrestricted funds that amplifies and accelerates the work of an enterprise working to scale its impact on social or environmental problems around the world. The Kirby Prize recognizes enterprises pursuing strategic pathways to impact at scale, who are close to the challenges at hand, who center the voice and experience of the populations they serve, who have demonstrated traction, and who embody courageous and collaborative leadership. This prize is open to any legal form, geographic location, and any social or environmental impact area. Applications close 8 January.

UN-Habitat Scroll of Honour Award

The prestigious UN-Habitat Scroll of Honour Award is now accepting nominations for its 2024 round, inviting individuals and institutions to showcase their exceptional contributions to urban development. This distinguished award recognizes efforts in improving the quality of urban life and ensuring affordable housing for all, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 11 on sustainable cities and communities. The UN-Habitat Scroll of Honour Award emphasizes the importance of engaging youth in creating sustainable urban environments. It seeks to inspire and mobilize individuals, organizations, and governments to take significant steps towards achieving inclusive, resilient, and equitable cities. Applications close 17 May.
