The Westpac Social Change Fellowship is a social innovation program focused on the growth and development of individuals leading social change in Australia.
Ten fellowships valued up to $50,000 each are awarded annually to individuals from any sector who are tackling Australia’s social issues. Unlike other funding programs, the investment is in the individual, rather than the initiative.
Now in its seventh year, the fellowship is tailored to the needs of the individual to help them grow as a leader. With a personalised development plan and an immersive Leadership Development Program, recipients develop the skills, knowledge and networks to accelerate their growth as a social innovator. This could include engaging with global thought leaders and industry experts, training, mentoring or work experience (travel restrictions dependent).
