VegFund accepts applications for funding outreach in three areas: Community Events, Special Projects, and Online Campaigns.
• Community Events
Community Event grants support short-term, direct-to-the-public projects, such as street outreach, aimed at educating non-vegans about veganism and plant-based living. Examples of Community Event activities include food sampling, film screenings, paid-per-view (PPV), festivals and fairs, and learning events.
• Special Project Grants
Special Project grants cover projects that last longer than a one-time or single-day event. These grants are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Examples of Special Project grants include mentored campaigns and vegan challenges, humane education and other school outreach, and other long-term projects such as developing learning curriculum, video series, or training modules.
• Online Campaigns
VegFund supports individuals and organisations that wish to carry out vegan advocacy using an online platform, such as social media or a website, to run an online challenge or other digital marketing campaign.
