UN Sustainable Development Goals: Getting It Right with Atlassian, UNHCR, Wayside Chapel + More

Date/Deadline: 24 Oct, 2019

Many large corporations, not-for-profits and startups have been making a positive social impact. Whilst many are getting it right, others need some help – which is why we are bringing in the experts to tell us how they do it. The objective of this panel discussion is to inform anyone interested in social impact about what works, and what doesn’t, when achieving the Sustainable Development Goals laid out by the United Nations.

On Thursday the 24th October at 5.30pm, join Fishburners, Peepsride and our talented panel:

  • Steve King – Product Manager at Atlassian and Co-Founder of abil.io
  • Naomi Steer – the Founding National Director of Australia for UNHCR
  • Rosemary Kayess – Accomplished Human Rights Lawyer, Researcher, Academic and Australia’s Representative at the United Nations for Disability Rights
  • Lee Cooper – Head of Innovation, Strategy & Social Impact at Wayside Chapel
  • Raja Yassine – Humanities Teacher, Peacemaker & Crescent Foundation Ambassador
