Syndics is a group of social enterprise lenders and investors that operate as an informal syndicate. They focus on providing flexible loans to social enterprises looking to grow. In some cases they can also provide investment, or a combination of loans and investment, for earlier stage startups.

• Open to social enterprises and for-purpose businesses in any sector.
• Open to any type of entity (businesses, non-profits, associations).
• You can complete an Expression of Interest at any time. The form takes around 30 minutes to complete.
• Syndics aim to give you initial feedback on your Expression of Interest within 14 business days.
• There is no fixed limit on loan size, but Syndics currently have lenders in the group looking to make loans between $5k and $500k.
• Can provide advice, support and connections in addition to financing.
