• Go-to Market – Understand the benefits of launching in the US market, and learn about immigration options, and American incorporation and taxation laws.
• Venture Ecosystem – Learn how to pitch and communicate with investors, accelerators and other parts of the venture ecosystem. Prepare all fundraising deliverables (pitch decks, competitive analyses and others).
• Sales – Get acquainted with culture of sales in the US, learn how to identify decision makers, use frameworks for B2B-sales, develop an online presence.
• HR – Learn how to find the right partners for your business and build an effective team.
• Immigration – Understand the options of legal relocation to the US from an immigration lawyer.
• Cultural Aspects of Communication – Learn how to deliver your message to US clients, investors and partners.
