Set for August 3rd at UTS, the festival is poised to welcome more than 1,000 attendees, engaging them with an array of over 70 social enterprises. Visitors can look forward to exploring a diverse range of market stalls, participating in enlightening workshops, and attending inspiring talks.
This year’s festival stands as a beacon of inclusivity, diversity, and family-friendly fun. It offers a unique opportunity to deepen understanding of social enterprises and foster connections within a community of like-minded, socially-conscious individuals and organisations.
Highlighting the largest marketplace of social enterprise goods and services in NSW and ACT, the festival will feature an eclectic mix of artisan products, ethical goods and services, and a multicultural array of food and beverage stalls, complemented by musical performances.
The event will also serve as a platform for leaders and experts within the social enterprise movement to share insights, sparking important dialogues about consumer roles and the collective pursuit of a more equitable economy and society.
Interactive activations and workshops will provide hands-on experiences aimed at educating and inspiring attendees on various topics, including sustainable living, technological innovations for caregivers, and climate action for younger participants.
Admission is free, with tickets available both online and at the door. While entry is complimentary, donations to support the ongoing efforts of SECNA are warmly encouraged.
