Date/Deadline: 31 Dec, 2022

Established in 2019, the Mable Community Grants (MCG) are a philanthropic initiative to fund people and projects that promote inclusion for people with disability and older Australians in the arts, sports and recreation and business and technology.

Mable are dedicated to breaking down the barriers for older Australians and people with disability to social and workforce participation. They advocate for a society that sees people of all ages, demographics, and abilities have the opportunity to live a life of their choosing and discover meaning, purpose and belonging.

The Mable Community Grants reward like-minded changemakers who are having a positive impact on the community.

The Mable Community Grants selective grant application process opens once a year for interested individuals or groups to submit applications.

From a total pool of up to $50,000 p.a. The grants range from $2,000 to $20,000 and must relate to promoting independence or inclusivity in one of the following areas:

  • The Arts
  • Sport and recreation
  • Business and Technology

Grants valued at more than $5,000 may receive funding via staggered payments, based upon prior milestones being attained. When this occurs a timeline will be agreed to with the grant recipient, prior to the finalisation of the grant agreement.
