In the 2020 call, Ignacio H. de Larramendi is awarding Research Grants totaling 240,000 Euros to provide financial support for undertaking research projects in areas of Health Promotion.
The grants are open to any academic and professional researcher and research teams wishing to run research programs, independently or as part of the universities, hospitals, companies or research centers to which they are affiliated.

It is essential in both cases that the grant be used exclusively for the research requested.
The grant will be awarded for one calendar year from the date of its acceptance and formalisation.
The research projects will focus on Health Promotion:
– Strategies for habit change: prevention of obesity and promotion of physical activity.
– Patient education.
– Physical injury assessment.
– Health management: clinical quality and safety.
In this call, special attention will be given to the projects which, while taking into account the previous topic lines, incorporate aspects related to COVID-19 such as: reducing infections, self-care and the culture of self-protection, relationship between previous health status (lifestyle) and morbimortality, COVID-19 and mental health, etc.
