The Australasian Aid Conference will be held on 18-20 February 2019, once again in partnership with The Asia Foundation. As in previous years, the aim of the 2019 Australasian Aid Conference is to bring together researchers from across Australia, the Pacific, Asia and beyond who are working on aid and international development policy to share insights, promote collaboration, and help develop the research community. With over 500 people registering in 2018, the AAC has established itself as Australia’s premier aid and development conference.
The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade’s Aid Supplier Conference will once again be held the day after the AAC, on 21 February, this time at University House. DFAT’s conference aims to highlight partnerships in aid development procurement and policy and create a forum for a diverse group from the international aid and development community to share ideas and insights, showcase their work, and hear from DFAT officials about developments in the Australian aid program.
